Welcome to the Department of Paediatrics & Child Health


The Department of Paediatrics and Child Health is a vibrant and dynamic department dedicated to providing student-centred teaching and engaging in research.

The department caters to both undergraduate and postgraduate research students. In 2022, the department developed two new online post-graduate teaching programs in Paediatrics & Child Health and Allergy & Clinical Immunology.

Our primary goal is to deliver exceptional teaching at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels and to lead innovative and impactful research in the field of Paediatrics. We are committed to imparting evidence-based knowledge and skills to our students and colleagues to improve the care and overall health of all children. As a department, we fully uphold the university's policies, including Athena Swan and EDI, and continuously strive to ensure the well-being of our staff and students.
